Workshop on the grounds and consequences of terminating employment contracts

On 15 June 2023, Georgian Lawyers for Independent Profession (GLIP) and the European Business Association (EBA), with support from the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), organised a workshop on the grounds and consequences of terminating employment contracts.
The event addressed important labour-law issues concerning the grounds for termination. Part of the discussion was devoted to international labour-law standards and relevant judicial practice.
The workshop was led by Ketevan Meskhishvili, Doctor of Law and a judge of the Civil Affairs Chamber of the Tbilisi Court of Appeal.
Participants included lawyers belonging to GLIP and the European Business Association, practising legal professionals and HR managers.
