⚖️ At this moment, a training on current issues of criminal justice is taking place, led by Badri Kochlamazashvili, judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Tbilisi Court of Appeals. The event is organized by 'Lawyers of Georgia for an Independent Profession' and the Legal Profession Development Center.

The essence, goals, and subjects of official offenses;
Various types of official offenses and their distinction from related crimes;
The latest practices and standards of Georgian courts;
The standards of the European Court of Human Rights;
Other current issues in criminal justice, including domestic violence, sexual, and economic crimes.

The lecture was delivered by Nino Lipartia, Doctor of Law and specialist in medical law.
