On June 7, 2026, a public lecture on medical error and physician liability was successfully conducted at Ilia State University. The lecture was delivered by Nino Lipartia, Doctor of Law and specialist in medical law. The event was interactive and organized by Ilia State University's Law and Freedom Club in cooperation with "Lawyers of Georgia for Independent Profession."

We are pleased to announce that on June 7, a public lecture titled "Medical Error and Physician's Civil-Legal Liability" was successfully held at Ilia State University. The lecture was led by Nino Lipartia — Doctor of Law, civil law specialized lawyer, a guest lecturer at Ilia State University and an experienced specialist in the field of medical law. During the meeting, participants received comprehensive information on important issues such as: ▪️ The concept and types of medical error; ▪️ Patient rights; ▪️ Foundations of physician's civil-legal liability; ▪️ Court practice and practical examples.
