GLIP Representatives Undertake Educational Visit to The Hague

Representatives of the Georgian Law Independent Professionals Association (GLIP) traveled to The Hague to study and learn from leading international law institutions including HCCH, ICJ, and ICC.
- At HCCH - a special session dedicated to international child abduction, discussing the practical implementation of the 1980 Hague Convention and mechanisms for child return;
- At ICJ and the Peace Palace - informational meetings on the court’s mandate, functions, and procedures for resolving interstate disputes, as well as observing a court session;
- At ICC - a public trial session on an international criminal case, gaining insight into the court’s practical work, alongside a meeting with Georgian judge Mr. Gocha Lortkipanidze.
