Georgian Lawyers for the Independent Profession and Georgian Association of Women Auditors and Lawyers Visit the European Court of Justice

Georgian Lawyers for the Independent Profession (GLIP) and members of the Georgian Association of Women Auditors and Lawyers visited the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg on February 23-24, 2025, for a study visit. They participated in a specialized seminar on the Court’s functioning, case procedures, and enforcement of EU law.
🔹 Georgian Lawyers for the Independent Profession (GLIP) and members of the Georgian Association of Women Auditors and Lawyers undertook a study visit to the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg on February 23-24, 2025.
🔹 They participated in a dedicated seminar focused on the functioning of the European Court of Justice, procedures for addressing the court, rules of case consideration, and enforcement of European Union legislation.
🔹 The participants attended a Court hearing where the interpretation of European Directives related to international protection and recognition of safe countries was discussed.
🔹 Seminar participants were warmly received at a special dinner hosted by the Vice-President of the General Court and other distinguished Court members.
