Members of the Georgian Lawyers for an Independent Profession organization participated in a study visit in Dublin, the capital of Ireland from October 9 to 14, 2024, where they took part in the European Law Institute's annual conference.

The European Law Institute (ELI) is an independent, democratic, membership-based organization serving the development of European law in a global context.

The European Law Institute has more than 1700 individual and 145 institutional members, including the European Parliament, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT), the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), the Council of the Notariats of the European Union (CNUE), the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary (ENCJ), and the EU Supreme Courts Network of Presidents, among others.

Since 2022, Georgian Lawyers for an Independent Profession has been an institutional member of the European Law Institute, which allows the organization's members to actively engage in projects planned by the institute aimed at fulfilling the goals set by the organization.
