Equal Pay for Work of Equal Value - Work Meeting Organized by the UN Global Compact Georgia Network

On March 26, 2025, a work meeting entitled "Equal Pay for Work of Equal Value: How to Achieve It?" was held, organized by the UN Global Compact Georgia Network. Invited as speakers were Nino Lipartia, Chairperson of Lawyers of Georgia for an Independent Profession, and Raisa Liparteliani, Deputy Chairperson of the Georgian Trade Unions Confederation. The discussion also included representatives from companies that are members of the UN Global Compact Georgia Network. The meeting reviewed the latest research and court practices regarding equal pay. The purpose was to identify concrete actions and best practices to promote equal pay, aiming to create more inclusive workplaces and improve the work environment.
