Deputy Minister of Health Tea Giorgadze took part in the Annual Medical Law Congress, where representatives of the medical and legal fields discussed current issues and cooperation opportunities.

Deputy Minister of Health Tea Giorgadze participated in the "Annual Medical Law Congress."

At the meeting, representatives of the medical sector and the scientific community, judges, and lawyers discussed problematic and topical issues of medical law.

They discussed issues of the relationship between patients and doctors, as well as medical disputes, the right to patient autonomy, standards for protecting the professional reputation of doctors, and modern challenges in providing medical services.

In her speech at the congress, the Deputy Minister of Health emphasized that through joint work of representatives of the medical and legal fields, it is possible to develop an effective strategy to ensure the rights of both patients and doctors.

The event was organized by the Association "Lawyers of Georgia for an Independent Profession" and the "Health Federation of Georgia."
