Deputy Minister of Health Tea Giorgadze participated in the "Annual Medical Law Congress".

At the meeting, representatives from the medical sector, scientific community, judges, and lawyers discussed problematic and current issues in medical law.

They discussed patient-doctor relations, medical dispute issues, patient autonomy rights, standards for protecting the professional reputation of doctors, and challenges related to providing modern medical services.

In her speech at the congress, the Deputy Minister of Health noted that effective strategies can be developed through the joint work of representatives from the medical and legal fields to ensure the rights of both patients and doctors.

The event was organized by the Association "Georgian Lawyers for Independent Profession" and the "Georgian Health Federation."
