Within the framework of the Civic Engagement School 2024, a work meeting was held in Gori with students of Gori State University participating in the school.
🔹The first part of the work meeting was dedicated to invited expert Ana Dalakishvili, who spoke to the school participants about copyright protection of works created using artificial intelligence (AI) and published on social media;
🔹The second part of the meeting was devoted to discussing practical issues related to the protection of patient rights.
🔹The lecture on patient rights was led by the Chairperson of the organization "Georgian Lawyers for an Independent Profession" - Nino Lipartia and the Healthcare Ombudsman, Director of the Georgian Health Federation - Megi Sajaya.
The following issues were discussed:
🔹The form and content of the patient's informed consent;
🔹The standard of communication with the patient;
🔹Rules and conditions for obtaining consent.
