Training Seminar on Current Issues in Family and Inheritance Law on June 27-29

From June 27 to 29, the organizations Lawyers of Georgia for Independent Profession, the Legal Profession Development Center, and the Association of Women Lawyers and Auditors of Georgia will hold a training seminar titled "Current Issues in Family and Inheritance Law." The seminar will be led by Ms. Ekaterine Gasitashvili. The seminar will cover the following topics:

• Issues related to division of property acquired during marriage;
• Problems concerning child custody and determination of child's residence;
• Problematic aspects of inheritance;
• Marriage contracts and dispute resolution problems related thereto.
