Successful Completion of Seminar: "Current Issues in Criminal Law and Court Practice"

Between October 10 and 12, 2025, a training seminar titled "Current Issues in Criminal Law and Court Practice" was held, featuring engaging discussions, practical examples, and inspirational meetings. The seminar was led by Irina Chochia, a prosecutor from the Procedural Leadership Department of the Georgian General Prosecutor's Office, whose experience and knowledge enabled participants to learn new perspectives and real practical cases. The seminar covered important topics including: • New regulations on drug-related offenses and court practice • Legal issues relating to cannabis and marijuana • Regulation of the "criminal world" • Characteristics of cybercrime and digital evidence The seminar was distinguished by an interactive format, active participation, and sharing of professional experience.
