Seminar on "Problematika of Commercial Dispute Resolution" Successfully Completed

✅ On September 8, the training seminar "Problematika of Commercial Dispute Resolution" was successfully completed at Hotel Zuzumbo. 📌 The seminar was organized by: • Georgian Lawyers for Independent Profession • Legal Profession Development Center • Georgian Association of Women Auditors and Lawyers 🎙️ The seminar was led by Nino Bakakuri, former Judge of the Supreme Court of Georgia (2014-2024). The participants discussed the following topics: • Key aspects and court practice of the law on entrepreneurs • Director's liability and corporate veil • Peculiarities of derivative claim proceedings • Exclusion of partners and minority rights • Procedures and consequences of director’s dismissal 👏 Such events greatly contribute to the development of the professional community, sharing of experience, and deepening of knowledge.
