She presented a report on the topic:
⚖️ "Freedom of Expression and Disinformation in the Digital Age: Seeking Legal Balance in National and European Law."
📝 The content of the report reviewed Georgian legislation and judicial practice regarding freedom of expression. It also examined decisions of the European Court of Human Rights concerning freedom of expression and the legal grounds for its limitations.
This event fostered analysis of current legal, political, and social challenges and brought together donors and experts to find appropriate legal approaches.
Nino Lipartia, Chairperson of Georgian Lawyers for Independent Profession, participates in the 30th World Congress of the World Association for Medical Law and presents a scientific paper on medical negligence challenges in the age of AI.
