Thea Maridashvili

Tea Maridashvili is a member of the board of Georgian Lawyers for Independent Profession (GLIP). Her professional experience is closely linked with the banking and construction/development sectors.
Her many years of professional career and experience are closely related to the banking and construction/development sectors. Tea has earned a Master of Law degree from Caucasus University and a Bachelor's degree from Tbilisi State University.
Tea's corporate legal practice includes work with major organizations such as Bank of Georgia, Bazisbanki, and the construction company Next Group.
Currently, she serves as the chief lawyer for the construction company Hiteco Georgia. Her competencies include legal support of businesses, managing complex contractual relationships, ensuring compliance with internal regulatory acts, and preventing legal risks.
She is actively involved in professional development and has completed international qualification programs in Germany (IRZ), Italy (UNIDROIT), and Austria (ELI). Tea is a member of the Georgian Lawyers for Independent Profession board and the Association of Lawyers of Georgia. She is fluent in English and French.
