Nino Tatoshvili is a lawyer and a professional active in the field of technological and legal innovations, whose work unites law, business and digital transformation at both national and international levels. She is the founding and managing partner of Law Firm Lawyers G Ltd, which provides a full range of legal services.
At the same time, Nino heads a SaaS technology company that creates digital solutions for international organizations and sporting federations. Her work is particularly focused on modern legal challenges relating to artificial intelligence, data management and EU regulatory frameworks. In addition, Nino actively works in the field of medical justice, where her focus is on digital healthcare in the context of innovative technologies.
Nino is a certified patent holder in the field of trademark, a member of the Bar Association of Georgia with general specialization and a certified personal data protection officer (DPO).
Her practice covers both consultative and litigation areas, including legal representation at the national level and at the European Court of Human Rights (Strasbourg), where she is involved in the management of complex legal disputes and the use of international legal protection mechanisms. She received her education at Tbilisi State University named after Ivane Javakhishvili with specialization in International Law. She continued academic development in International Law at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs and is currently studying an MBA programme at the Czech University of Natural Sciences in Prague, specializing in innovation, digital transformation and sustainable legal systems.
Nino is a member of "Georgian Lawyers for the Independent Profession" (GLIP) and actively participates in the work of the organization, which aims to integrate international legal experience into the national legal framework. Her professional vision is based on the synthesis of law and technology, aiming to develop a modern, effective and globally competitive legal ecosystem in Georgia.
