Professor Ioseb Gabaraev is an attorney and a member of the Board of Georgian Lawyers for Independent Profession (GLIP).
He took part in the 30th World Congress on Medical Law in Antwerp in August 2026. GLIP’s programme announcement listed his presentation as “Criminal Law Perspectives on Healthcare Fraud”.
