Nino Lipartia has been nominated as the candidate for Chairman of the Executive Board, representing Georgian Lawyers for the Independent Profession.
Nino Lipartia is a Doctor of Law, professor, and practicing lawyer whose career encompasses the development of the national legal system and active participation in international legal platforms. She is the founder and partner of the Medical Disputes Center, legal advisor, arbitrator, and mediator for several leading organizations.
She also leads multiple professional associations: founder and chairwoman of the Legal Profession Development Center since 2016; Chairwoman of the Board of Georgian Lawyers for the Independent Profession since 2018; member of the governance board of the UN Global Compact Georgia Network and deputy chairperson of the Legal Committee of the Chamber of Commerce for Asia and the Persian Gulf countries.
Since 2025, Nino has been a member of the World Association for Medical Law (WAML) and currently nominated as its national representative for Georgia. Since 2024, she is a member of the European Association of Health Law (EAHL).
Starting 2014, she has received numerous honorary scholarships, which included study visits to various educational centers such as The Hague Academy of International Law, Paris International Arbitration Academy, Prague Mediation Academy, National University of Singapore's International Law Center, Xiamen International Law Academy, and others.
Nino regularly represents Georgia at international congresses and conferences, including the World Congress of Bioethics, annual meetings of the European Law Association, and the Singapore International Arbitration Academy. She also lectures at European universities under the Erasmus+ program.
She is author/co-author of multiple monographs, textbooks, and over ten scientific papers on medical law, labor law, bank guarantees, arbitration, and ADR topics. Since 2014, she has served as an accreditation expert and board member (2018-2019) for the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement of Georgia.
From 2020, Nino is a professor at Grigol Robakidze University; since 2013, she has been a professor at Ilia State University Law School; from 2017 to 2023, she was an associate professor at Sulkhan-Saba University; and from 2013 to 2017, she served as a trainer for the Georgian Bar Association in various fields.
Her career also highlights the organization of numerous forums, trainings, and specialized legal events within Georgia.
Nino has been awarded for significant contributions to the field of law in 2025 and was nominated as a leading woman of the year in the NGO sector in 2019.
On February 10, 2025, the organization 'Advocates of Georgia for an Independent Profession' will hold its General Assembly electronically to discuss operational reports, 2026 plans, and board member elections.
